Tactical vest

Quick detachable tactical vest, made of Oxford fabric 1000D and sewn with nylon thread. It has excellent qualities such as tear resistance and good wear resistance. The vest adopts a laser cutting design, and the combination hanging parts on the vest can be easily disassembled. The front and back Velcro design allows for easy changing of words and matching. The shoulder strap can be adjusted in length and has a breathable and pressure reducing function. The shoulder and waist are designed with snap on quick release, which allows the entire piece of clothing to quickly detach with just a gentle pull when needed. This is an upgraded version of traditional quick release, making it convenient for tactical team members to achieve quick release efficiency during rest or rescue, making it easy for special police officers to use flexibly.

Protective layer structure: The protective layer structure of the bulletproof vest is composed of 45 layers of polyethylene fiber weft free fabric (four layers orthogonal)+1 layer of 4.5mm thick foam.

Composition: The bulletproof vest consists of a jacket, a bulletproof layer, and a bulletproof layer protective cover. The jacket is washable, and the shoulder and waist sizes can be adjusted.

Sealing performance of the protective layer: The protective layer is sealed with a non transparent and non permeable black protective sleeve, and the sealing edge is uniform and consistent. The protective sleeve material has water resistance and can withstand static water pressure of no less than 18kPa

Wearing flexibility: It is flexible and easy to put on and take off, and after wearing, it cannot significantly restrict the free movement of both arms and the body's movements such as kneeling, jumping, running, pitching, and turning.

Protection area: The protection area shall not be less than 0.18 square meters

Room temperature bulletproof performance: The 1979 7.62mm light submachine gun and 1951 7.62mm pistol cartridge (lead core) were tested. Under effective impact conditions, the bullet should be blocked and the upper limit of the depression depth should be less than or equal to 25mm.

High temperature bulletproof performance: After a high temperature test (+55 ℃ 2 ℃, constant temperature for 4 hours), a bulletproof performance test plate shall be conducted within 15 minutes. Under effective impact, the bullet head shall be blocked, and the upper limit of the back lining depression depth shall be less than or equal to 25 minutes.

Low temperature bulletproof performance: After a low temperature test (-20 ℃ ± 2 ℃, constant temperature for 4 hours), the bulletproof performance test shall be conducted within 15 minutes. Under effective impact, the bullet head shall be blocked, and the upper limit of the back lining depression depth shall be less than or equal to 25 minutes.

Bulletproof wet and hot performance; After the wet heat test (70 ℃± 2 ℃, relative humidity of 80%, 240h), a bulletproof pre performance test is conducted. Under effective impact conditions, the warhead is blocked and the upper limit of the back lining depression depth is less than or equal to 25min.
