Polyethylene composite life buoy uses high-density polyethylene as the shell filled with high-density polyurethane closed cell foam plastic. Its color is stable and anti-aging products are produced according to IMO A.689 (17) requirements. Its quality meets the 1983 amendments to the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea and MSC.81 (70)
